Refund policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Free trials

Pro trials last 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the trial converts to the subscription you chose at checkout, and the 30-day refund period starts from that first payment.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Epic Pen account. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
